How does TrinityRx work?
Four steps. You answer a short set of health questions online. A licensed healthcare provider reviews your answers and your health history. If a treatment is right for you, they prescribe it and it ships to your door. Then we stay in touch with follow-ups and messaging.

Do I need to see a doctor in person?
No. The consultation happens online. A licensed provider reviews everything, and if they ever think in-person care is what you actually need, they'll say so instead of prescribing.
How long does the consultation take?
A few minutes to answer the questions. A licensed provider then reviews your information before anything moves forward. No waiting room, no clipboard.
Who is behind TrinityRx?
A practicing surgeon. TrinityRx is the wellness business attached to my surgical practice, built the way I'd want care done for my own patients. You should always know who you're purchasing from.

Prescriptions, medications and privacy
Will I definitely get a prescription?
No, and be suspicious of anyone who promises you will. A licensed provider prescribes only if a treatment is appropriate for you. Sometimes the honest answer is no, and you'll hear it straight.
Who reviews my consultation?
A licensed healthcare provider. A real person with a license, not an algorithm and not a rubber stamp. I have enough liability operating on people to know you don't cut corners with medicine.
What if a treatment isn't right for me?
Then nothing ships. The provider tells you why, and if there's a better path, they point you to it. Selling you something that isn't right for you is not how medicine is supposed to work.
Are the medications FDA-approved?
Some treatments may be compounded medications, and compounded medications are not FDA-approved. They are prepared by licensed pharmacies. Every product page spells out what the treatment is, how to take it, and its side effects, and every request goes through a licensed provider first.
Where can I find safety information?
On every product page and every product card. Each treatment lists how to take it, possible side effects, and a link to its important safety information. If you can't find something, ask us. We don't bury this stuff.
Will the results be guaranteed?
No. Nobody can guarantee medical results, and anyone who does is someone to walk away from. Individual results vary, and your provider will tell you what's realistic for you.
How does shipping work?
If a provider prescribes a treatment, it ships to your door in discreet packaging. No pharmacy line, no small talk.
Is my information private?
Yes. Your health information is handled under our privacy practices, HIPAA notice, and Consumer Health Data Privacy policy, all linked in the footer. We don't do shady.
Can I message someone after I start?
Yes. Ongoing messaging with your care team is part of the treatment, not an add-on. Follow-ups keep everything on track.
Does paying for a consultation guarantee treatment?
No. A consultation does not guarantee a prescription. Treatment is only provided if a licensed provider determines it's appropriate for you, and it shouldn't work any other way.
