Do I need to see a doctor in person?
No. The consultation happens online, and a licensed provider reviews everything. If they ever think you need in-person care instead, they will say so.
Will I definitely get a prescription?
No, and be suspicious of anyone who promises you will. A provider prescribes only if a treatment is appropriate for you. Sometimes the honest answer is no.
Is my information private?
Yes. Your health information is handled under our privacy practices and HIPAA notice.

What if I have questions after I start?
